PBS ASSESSMENTS

What We Offer

Our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Assessments focus on understanding the reasons behind challenging behaviours and developing person-centred strategies that improve quality of life. We recognise that behaviour is a form of communication — and that effective support begins with empathy, collaboration, and careful assessment.

Each PBS Assessment is conducted by trained professionals experienced in working with children, young people, and adults who display behaviours that challenge. We draw on best-practice frameworks and align with the Positive Behaviour Support competency standards and NICE guidance.

What the assessment includes:

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • Functional assessment of behaviour, environment, and communication needs

  • Observations and interviews with the individual, carers, and professionals involved

  • Identification of triggers, risk factors, and underlying unmet needs

  • Development of tailored behaviour support plans and intervention strategies

  • Recommendations for ongoing support, staff training, and review

Our aim is to reduce restrictive practices, enhance wellbeing, and equip families and support teams with practical tools to sustain positive behavioural change.
